Terms and Conditions

The following contractual provisions (General Terms and Conditions, GTC) apply to all contracts concluded through the online shop of OUTTADOR Gluch/Bohl GbR, Liebrechtstraße 25, 47445 Moers, Germany (hereinafter referred to as OUTTADOR) under the domain outtador.com with the customer (hereinafter referred to as CUSTOMER).

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop between OUTTADOR and the CUSTOMER. Deviating terms and conditions of the CUSTOMER will not be accepted unless OUTTADOR expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

Conclusion of Contract

1. The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

2. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the CUSTOMER submits a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when OUTTADOR accepts the order with an order confirmation sent via email.

Prices and Payment

1. The prices stated on the website include statutory VAT and additional shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or another payment method offered on the website. Free shipping is offered within Germany for orders over €50.

Delivery

1. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the CUSTOMER. The delivery time is indicated on the website and begins with payment confirmation.

2. If a product is unavailable, OUTTADOR will notify the CUSTOMER immediately and refund any payments already made.

Right of Withdrawal

1. CUSTOMERS who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Details of the right of withdrawal are described in our cancellation policy, including:

   • The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

   • Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal.

Warranty and Liability

1. Statutory warranty rights apply.

2. OUTTADOR is only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, OUTTADOR is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

Data Protection

1. OUTTADOR collects, processes, and uses the CUSTOMER's personal data only within the scope of statutory provisions.

Final Provisions

1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

2. If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
